Current Developments

We’re working to develop and have developed many communities in the Town of Paradise. These include Elizabeth Park Subdivision, Adam's Pond Subdivision, Picco Ridge Subdivision and the new Lakeview Subdivison. Paradise is a rapidly growing community of approximately 25,000 people, located on the northeast portion of the Avalon Peninsula in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Adam's Pond Subdivision, Paradise, Newfoundland & Labrador

Octagon Development Corporation started in Adams Pond in 2005 and developed over 350 lots.  Adams pond provides beautiful views of Adams Pond while providing exits via St. Thomas Line or Paradise Road to other parts of the Avalon. 

Picco Ridge, Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

Octagon Development Corporation started in Picco Ridge in 2015 and since that time have developed 85 lots with another 95 underway.  Picco Ridge provides beautiful views of Conception Bay while providing exits via St. Thomas Line or Paradise Road to other parts of the Avalon. Living in Picco Ridge will mean a short 10 minute drive for residents to access the Outer Ring Road (Trans-Canada Highway), St. John's and Mount Pearl.

Lakeview Subdivison, Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

Octagon Development Corporation, in collaboration with Fairview Investments, is planning the development of 131 residential lots in the Adam’s Pond area. This development is currently in the planning stage.
